Method:-

Step I -Sieve the flour with the baking powder

Step II -Beat the butter very well, add the sugar powder gradually and continue beating.

Step III -Add the dry ingredients, till they resemble bread crumbs.

Step IV -Slowly add the egg yolk OR the milk.

Step V -Add the Vanilla essence.

Step VI-Bind together and chill in the refrigerator, overnight.

Step VII -Preheat the oven 190 for 10 minutes.

Step VIII -Roll out the cookie dough, with small cookie cutters, cut out cookies, and place       on a baking tray, or a silicon mat.

Step IX -Bake at 160 for 10 mins.

Step X -Again bake for 4-5 minutes, till the edges are golden brown.

Step XI -Take out the tray, and leave the cookie to cool completely.

 

NOTE:

 1) To make chocolate cookies, replace 10 gms of flour with cocoa pdr, and add some very little milk to knead.

 2) To make eggless , replace egg yolk with milk.

Store in an airtight container.
