Method:-

Step I - Take the  caramel syrup, leave to cool slightly.

Step II - Cream the butter, and sugar powder, very well.

Step III - Add the sieved dry ingredients, blend gently.

Step IV - Add the caramel syrup, keep mixing well.

Step V - Lastly, add the Choco chips, fold in well.

Step VI - Wrap in cling film, and keep in the refrigerator.

Step VII - Keep minimum for 1 hour.

Step VIII - Take out, roll into a ball, press gently to flatten, arrange on a baking tray.

Step IX - Refrigerate again for another 30 mins

Step X - Take out from the refrigerator, and put to bake after 10 mins.

Step XI - Bake at 160 degrees for 20 mins.

Step XII - Let the cookies cool, and then store in an airtight container.
