Ingredients:

Flour 500 gms

Dry Yeast 15 gms

Salt 2 pinches
-
Sugar grains 4 tsps

R Oil or butter 30 ml

Egg 1 ( optional )

Warm water 300 ml approx
Method:-

Sift flour, make a well
-
Add the yeast, sugar, and egg.

Knead well, with little by little water.( Do not add all the water, you may or may not need it)

Add the Oil, and knead some more.

Lastly, add the salt, and make a smooth dough.

Cover to ferment, for 20-30 minutes.

Knock back the dough, release all the gases, and once again roll and leave to ferment for a second rise.

Now, make balls into the shape of buns, and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Leave to prove ( Rise )for 20 mins, and give a milk wash, with a pastry brush.

Sprinkle whatever you may like...herbs, sesame seeds, onion seeds, anything.

Bake in a 180 degrees oven for 18-20 mins.
