Who wouldn’t love good pizza? Yet, we cannot go out everyday to have an unhealthy carb meal and expect to remain fit! However, what we can do, is to make such carbs at home and enjoy them on the days we don’t feel like going out! Enjoy the pizza base recipe!
Ingredients:

Flour 500 gms

Sugar grains 20 gms

Salt 10 gms

Dry yeast 15 gms

Milk powder 12 gms
-
Water 300 gms
-
Fat 20 gm

METHOD:-

Soak the yeast in water and sugar, and keep aside.

Dissolve the salt in water separately, and keep aside.

Sieve the flour with the milk powder, and keep aside.

Make a well In the maida, and pour in the yeast and sugar solution.

Mix well, and keep adding water, little by little to form a nice blended dough.

Now, add the fat and salt, and knead some more , till you have attained the gluten formation.

Once the dough has become nice, smooth and stretchable, keep it covered for 30 minutes to rise.

Knock back the dough, and form a ball again.

Let the dough rise for another 15 mins.

Now, make balls and roll out into sizes of your choice to make pizza bases.

Leave to rise on the tray for 10 mins, and bake in a 200 degrees oven for 7-8 minutes. Keep aside to cool, and then cling wrap and keep for later use.
Note : You can replace flour with 50=50 who;ewheat flour and white flour, if you do not wish to eat so much of white flour.
NOTE:

You can make instant pizzas as well. Once you lay the rolled out pizza, ON the baking tray , pour the pizza sauce of your choice, arrange whatever vegetables you have, and wish to eat, sprinkle well with shredded mozzarella cheese, bake at 250 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes.
